I CANT ACCESS MY IPAD MINI BECAUSE OF SLIDE TO UPGRADE BUG

hi everyone can i ask something, because i cant connect my ipad mini to itunes if i click continue to itunes it only says that please response to my ipad mini. i cant response because my ipad mini was stuck on slide to upgrade problem. Anyone can help thank you..
