Q: When will Apple release a new update that will fix the ''Slide to upgrade'' problem that iOS9 caused?

Hi, iOS9 caused my phone to get stuck on the unresponsive white ''Slide to Upgrade'' screen. I've tried to do a backup, but get the error message; ''iTunes could not backup because the iPhone has not been set up yet''. I've tried to restore, but it tells me to turn off Find my iPhone. But when I remove my device from Find My iPhone via iCloud.com on my computer, I still get the same error message about when trying to restore my iPhone.

The only option that seems to be left right now is to buy a new phone (in that case I'll buy an android for sure) OR wait for Apple to release a new update that will fix this ''Slide to Upgrade'' bug. When will Apple do so?

I also appreciate if any of you guys have any solutions for my other problems that I mentioned.
