I Have MacBook 2010 running OSX 10.7.5 each time I load safari window appears with Http://Mac'antivirus.upgrade'7.com. VIRUSFOUND The last website you visited has infected your device with a virus. Click ok to begin the repair priocess.

IS this ok to do or is it malicious?

MacBook (13-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Any such popup message will ALWAYS be a scam. Do not interact with such messages.

Force quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the shift key.
