I cannot change my monthly storage plan from 200GB to the free 5GB plan

I subscribed a few months ago to the 200GB plan, but realise that I in fact do not need it or use it. How can I stop Apple from billing me till the plan runs out.

I would like them to stop billing me with immediate effect.

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
