IMAP broken and cannot login with valid Administrator account after 5.0.3 update

Starting Server to manage local machine - This Mac - I am unable to login with my valid Administrator account after 5.0.3 Software Update. I get a dialog box saying: "Server requires administrator login."

Tried creating a new Admin user account in System Preferences but with the same result. IMAP service is down and cannot be fixed...HELP!
