Q: Pandora ver 6.4.1 will not install

After upgrading to iOS9 on my iPhone 6 Pandora updated their app and it will not finish installing.  It has been stuck downloading for 3 days now.    I am unable to delete the app and I have attempted to re-download from the iCloud numerous times.  I have also submitted a request to Pandora to fix their app.   Is there any other possible way to delete or download this app so it will finish installing?

    Hello Neo1111,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

From your post I understand that you have an app that is ghosted out on the screen, and are unable to delete it in order to restart the download.  To start, I suggest that you restart your iPhone.  After restarting you should be able to delete the ghosted out Pandora app, and then redownload it.

    1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
    2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
    3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

    1. Tap and hold on the app until it jiggles.
    2. Tap the X in the upper-left corner to delete.
You might be asked to confirm that you want to delete the app. If you see a pop-up that says, "Deleting [app name] will also delete all of its data," tap Delete.
