Q: Tethering Issue - OS X 10.10.5 w/ iOS 9

Installed iOS 9 on iPhone 5s.

Confirmed that Wi-Fi tethering works on my PC (Windows 7), and Internet works on iPhone (load pages in Safari, etc.).

HOWEVER, on my MacBook Pro (OS X 10.10.5), I can connect to the iPhone, but get "Internet Unreachable" under status.  There is also a light grey triangle behind the black tethering icon in the top status/menu/icon bar.

I know that USB tethering was hosed by the first release of iTunes 10.3, but Wi-Fi is working fine on other connections... just not the iPhone.

I've reset network settings, removed the device from Wi-Fi (and keychain password), and removed Bluetooth PAN, but nothing is working...

Thoughts?
