Downloaded ios 9 and my 3G isn't working. When I turn my cellular data on and turn on the apps I want they are green. When I come out of settings and go into the app it tells me I have no internet connection. When I go back into settings it shows the apps I turned on are now off. I tried turning the phone off and back on, I turned my 3G on and off and nothing has helped. Anyone know how to fix this?
