I am developing websites freelance... on a laptop with Windows on it. I gather from a previous post that Safari is not supported for Windows anymore. However I need to be able to test my web page in a safari browser.
Please can anyone help?

Safari 9 will be out soon in 10.11 and you'll only be testing it on OS X.
I don't need a Mac... unless they have gone down in price sharply. Its a budget constraint thing 😟
Really happy working on Windows and I just have downloads of all the main browsers to test on. I have Firefox, Opera, Chrome and IE... Just Safari that I am lacking.
Is there no way to download a test browser?

Apple has ended development of Safari for Windows and probably never write another version.
All a Windows user can do it use an out of date version of Safari.
To follow up on QTK's info, the last update of Safari for Windows (v 5.1.7) was in May 2012, so you can see how out of date and insecure it would be. Apple has removed Safari for Win from its download servers.
Cheers guys. It sounds to me that the only way I can test my sites will be on everything except Safari then?
