I can’T turn my mobile on !

my iphone 5s , i bought it 60 days ago . yesterday while i was taking a photo it shows me a blue screen and was turned off.i can’t open it again i tried every thing to open it i tried the power and the home bottoms together for along time but it does not work !
note that : i didn’t drop it at all ... nothing happened to it !
