Sep 30, 2015 9:36 AM in response to beeccccaby jorunT,I complained about my iPhone (4s) freezing when using the alarm three days ago on the Apple Support communities as well, but I have so far not seen any response, which is disappointing. It would have been nice to hear if Apple is going to fix this and other bugs caused by the two last updates. It seems as if the phone has become very sluggish after the update as well.

Sep 30, 2015 12:00 PM in response to beeccccaby Anil SF,My wife has the same issue with her iPhone 5s (32gb). Two hard resets required in the two days since the update.

Sep 30, 2015 12:02 PM in response to beeccccaby sophwebb,I'm having the same issue and nothing will fix it. I thought maybe it was a bug since the update is new, but i also then downloaded 9.1 and that did absolutely nothing to help the situation. I don't want to pay for anything because I'm due for an update in two months, but it's been having this problem for less than a week and im losing my mind. Did you find any way to fix it? has it resolved itself over time or gotten any better?

No. the answer to a technical issue is most certainly NOT to download a beta version of the OS. Do you actually understand what "beta" means???
For others on the thread, 9.0.2 was released today. It may not solve all issues, but does take care of some.

Sep 30, 2015 1:59 PM in response to Kilgore-Troutby jorunT,I agree, downloading a beta version does not sound like such a great idea. I have had to make two hard resets, but now I have given up using the alarm until this has been fixed. It will be interesting to hear what has been resolved with the new update, 9.0.2.
My email (outlook) has been messed up as well, it says that I have 1776 unread emails, whatever I do, in spite of having tried to mark all emails as read several times. I have never had any problems with previous updates, but this time Apple has done a lousy job.

Sep 30, 2015 8:19 PM in response to beeccccaby JwEaFgFnr,Iphone 6+ and iOS 9.0.1 with approximately 30% free space in storage.
After updating to 9.0 and 9.0.1 I've experienced my touchscreen locking up, apps locking up, and the double-tap home screen not working on an unfortunately regular basis. I can't swipe up to close apps because the touchscreen doesn't work. Pressing the home screen button gets you to the home screen, but you can't swipe or select anything. I have to press the power button to go to standby, then press power again and manually enter my code and unlock the phone. Touch ID doesn't "clear" whatever the glitch is. Then things work normally - until the next glitch. This happens several times a day. I've done a full factory reset/restore to 9.0.1 as a "new" phone, then re-added all of my material and this is as good as it gets.
Prior to the reset/restore with 9.0 and 9.0.1 the touchscreen would lock, stutter or generally refuse to accept any input. Doubletapping home screen wouldn't bring up anything, it had no effect other than taking you to the home screen. The touchscreen would be inop, Most apps would lock or crash. Hands down the worst iOS update I've had to deal with since owning an iPhone. The only thing that would work to get the phone operating properly would be a hard reset and oftentimes that lasted less than a minute until the next lockup.
Unacceptable for a device less than a year old for the premium that Apple charges.

Oct 1, 2015 4:29 AM in response to beeccccaby Inkspot_77,Updated the new iOS 9.02 last night, this morning phone is as useless as ever with an unresponsive touch screen. For the love of God, Apple please fix this immediatly. My 6 plus is nothing more than a paper weight now. One thing that I did realize though. When you can get the phone to work, as long as it is not plugged in and charging, the glitch will stay away for a little while. Once you plug it in to charge, the glitch resets and you have an expensive paper weight again.
