Oct 29, 2015 8:09 PM in response to ken4by augusta.renee,Hey there! this is a common issue and an easy fix so no worries!! In your settings on the phone go down to phone then receive calls on other device make sure it is off with no other numbers there! Also back in settings down to messages and send and receive make sure there are no apple IDs checked IF you do share an apple ID with someone (its ok if you do, lots of people do!!!)...also for an added peace of mind you may also want to go back into settings and then to FaceTime and do the same thing If you are not sharing apple ID with anyone but DO have multiple apple devices then you can leave your appleID checked there! GOOD LUCK

Oct 30, 2015 2:53 PM in response to augusta.reneeby bareade1,That didn't work(: That would have seem logical, but it's still not working. I'm still getting my daughters, wife and son's phone calls and they are getting mine. The phone doesn't ring it just shows up as a missed call.
