How do I change my authorised computer when I get a new computer
I Want to add my iTunes authorisation to m new computer
On the old computer open iTunes, go to Store on the menu bar, and Deauthorize this Computer.

I havnt got the old computer can i de authorise it on my iTunes account in the new computer
You don’t normally need to do so; if desired, use the Deauthorize All command documented inthis article, or if it isn't an option, the 'contact iTunes Store support' link at the bottom of it.
If you’re referring to the authorization to play a rented movie, it isn’t possible to authorize a different computer without renting it again.
