Q: ios9 problem!

If you would have searched the forum before posting, you would have found numerous threads on this problem and would not have had to start yet another thread.

Is your iTunes the latest, most up-to-date version?

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
