First thing, are you sure that the mail received was an phishing attempt.
Here, these things can confirm you the phishing mails: If you find an order numbers then, that order number should either starts with "M" "W" . iTunes Store order numbers begin with the letter M. Apple Online Store order numbers begin with the letter W.
If you see the order number does not starts with either of this letters, then its a phishing mail.
Next, if you receive a mail saying some changes, then it might be the reason that you have re-saved the same information again accidentally.

Sep 23, 2015 7:10 AM in response to vanihbaby anuwit,Thank you, I will forward it to that address. FYI it says my Apple ID has been disabled, which it is not, and there are spelling and punctuation errors in the first line (which displays in my inbox view).
Still wondering if displaying the first line exposes my computer to malware.
