HI everyone - I just updated to iOS 9 on iPhone 6 and the voice control function does not work anymore When Siri is disabled.
It seems I am not the only one with this problem.
if anyone knows how to fix this issue please help.
For people like me who do not use Siri often because we do not have constant internet access, voice control is extremely important, especially when driving.

UPDATE: after failing to find any solution online, I simply went on "reset all settings" in the iPhone settings app - voice control works perfectly now.
