Help!!!
Ok. 5 restore attempts failed. New Phone option resulted stuck on step 5 of icloud backup (3 and 8hrs stuck respectively) both times. Prior non ios9 backup restore resulted in ios9 again, update swipe loop. All other restores end in slide to update loop also......How do we get the phone to work!? I was forced to do hard reset multiple times. Also holding home button (with phone off) while simultaneously plugging into itunes, to force factory restore (3 times). With the exception of the step 5 loop on the new phone restore option (icloud backup), all other restores end in the swipe to update loop. Of course this has taken approximately 20 hours of effort so far.......
Is there an option I have missed? Something else to try? Open to suggestions........
I sooooooo regret having tried to update to ios9..........
