Photo count

Hi,

I recently started using iCloud Photo Library and a small problem. the photo count in "Photos" tab compared to the count in "All Photos" in the albums tab is always off by "one". I tried deleting some photos and adding some but it's always off by one. So, if the count is 955 in the "Photos" tab it will show as 956 in "All Photos" in the albums tab. In the iCloud storage management the count corresponds correctly with the "All Photos" in the album tab. I know it's minor but anyone else experience this or have a fix/explanation? Thanks

It seems that the fuctionaly to "hide" photos no longer exists in iOS 9. I'm not sure what you mean by the View menu, thanks for the help.

I thought you might have hidden the photo on a Mac in iCloud Photo Library. This hiding would sync to your mobile devices.

You can still hide photos in iOS9: http://help.apple.com/iphone/9/#/iphf14943e

Hide photos you want to keep but not show. Touch and hold a photo, then choose Hide. The photo is moved to the Hidden album. Touch and hold a hidden photo to Unhide it.

Thanks all the help , unfortunately, I couldn't rectify the issue , what I tried was this.

1. I hid all the photos in the "All Photos" tab and checked to to see that the photos tab was empty.

2. Checked the count in the hidden folder and it matched exactly with the "All Photos" folder.

3. I selected all from the hidden folder and chose to "unhide" all photos.

4. The pictures re populated in the photos tab but the count is still off by one.

Seems like there is something that's wrong. Thanks for all the help again.
