Q: My Ipad Air do not work after my update Ios9 , Frozen at swipe to updated . It reboot non stop.

I cannot do anything , connected on Itunes and i have to turn off my Fin my Ipad .

But i can't because i don't have acces to it.

I reboot it by pressing the 2 butons and it does not fixe it.

my warranty is over

the probleme come from where ???

Does apple take care of this kind of situation ????
