Keyboard and Apps Frozen After ios 9 Install

I installed ios 9 on my phone yesterday. Now my apps are either frozen or I have to tap on them repeatedly to open. I can not use most of the keys on the keyboard because they do nort register when I touch them. Therefore I can not restore my phone to a prior backup because the "Find my Phone" feature is turned on and I got an alert that this feature needs to be off in order to reset. I can not turn off "Find my Phone" because I can not type in my passcode because the keyboard is frozen. Please help!!

I'm glad you understand that we need to restore your iPhone to resolve this issue. However, since your iPhone won't use regular restore because of the issue with "Find My iPhone" we will have to use a special set of steps called "Recovery".

These steps are listed here If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
