Q: Canon Pixma Pro-100 custom size with Adobe Illustrator

Hi All!

I recently bought a Canon Pixma Pro-100 and I am trying to print a custom size from Adobe Illustrator. However, every time I print, the paper goes through the printer and comes out blank. I don't get any error message whatsoever. I have also tried converting the file to a JPEG, PNG or a PDF and it still comes out blank!

Canon blames the issue on Adobe and Adobe blames the issue on Canon. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!!

Thank you!!!

I know your post is pretty old but what size paper are you trying to print on? I had this issue when I tried to print on a small envelope so I changed the paper orientation and it printed fine. If it's too small of a paper like a business card that won't print at all. My envelopes are about 4.5" x 6". I loaded it at first with 6" in width on top and no luck so then I switched the paper to load into the printer with 4.5" in width on top and it printed so I guess if the length of the side of the paper is too short it won't print. It's the printer not Adobe. And I have a Canon printer as well.
