I Have a gray oval box in the text line on my iPhone 5. When I text, the text goes behind it and I cannot read what I'm typing. Anyone know I can get rid of it? Thank you.
power down and power back up. I just chatted with support. That fixed it
Funny, I tried that earlier and it didn't work. Just powered down and up again and now it's working. Thanks.
Do this and it comes back in 5 minutes, 10, and hour or the next day.
Has apple figured out how to fix this yet?
Having the same issue intermittently, ever since IOS 9 update. Grayed out text bar with little timer 0:00 on right side of text bar. Annoying. Unable to see words. Seems to happen the most when I try using Siri. Powering on/off works....until the next time. Need a better fix than constantly powering on/off.
I feel the same - there needs to be a better fix than powering off and on all the time. Have had to do it 4 times today!
This only works temporarily, then it comes right back.
