Q: My iPhone has been hacked. What should I do?

I received the following message: "Your Apple ID and phone number are now being used for iMessage and FaceTime on a new iPhone. If you recently signed into "Wxxxxxxxx" iPhone, you can ignore this notification."

What should I do?

Your iPhone has not been hacked, but someone has your Apple ID password. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and change it as soon as you can. You should also set up two-step verification to prevent future incidents like this: Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID - Apple Support.
