My Safari stoped working, when I have got a message: ffrom site: //s3.amazonaws.com System alert.Browser Blocked for Security Reasons. error cod: smRisabledSlot=-305.To fix, please call Apple Network and Security support number at 1-844-613-2030 Immediately.

IS it a spam? How can I restore Safari in working condition?

Yes, any such popup message will be a scam.

Force quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the shift key.
