Q: SOMEONE HELP WITH THE IOS9 UPDATE IT IS STUCK

the ios9 got stuck at the second "slide to unlock" I dont want to factory reset it, it has happened x4 times and I'm so tired of it help needed now

iPhone 4S, iOS 9, I DONT WANT TO DELETE THE INFO
