AppleWatch entered into infinite loop of boot after 2.0 upgrade

Took me 4 hours to download and upgrade AppleWatch. But as soon as upgrade is done, my watch never boot back anymore. It just keep showing the Apple Logo for a few seconds, then the logo is gone and came back again in a few seconds.

My iPhone 5S kept asking me to repair with my watch. But since the Watch is not booting up, so pairing is not working either.

I hard rebooted watch several times too, still no luck.

Basically my watch is dead now.

Please help!

Thanks!

If force restarting does not help, try leaving your watch on the charger (with power connected) for four hours without interruption.

If that does not help, contact Apple with a view to having your watch checked and potentially replaced under warranty:

"If you see the Apple logo .. during startup, and your Apple Watch appears to restart or never fully starts up, contact Apple Support"

If your Apple Watch doesn't respond or won't turn on - Apple Support

Either contact Apple Support (who may be able to offer you Mail-in service) or make a Genius Bar reservation at your nearest Apple Retail Store.
