you can't. that's not a feature of iOS.

I think you can Airplay your screen to your computer with an app like X-mirage.

Then you can record/broadcast your screen using Quicktime/Teamviewer/Skype/Facetime/etc.

Then use the recommended Airplay mac app (or alternatives) and then share your computer screen on the broadcast site.

Or maybe see if Quicktime or Xcode can capture recordings of the screen.
