Q: Apple care

hello,

I recently bought a Mac mini with the U.K. Education store. However in an email I recieved a few hours ago from AppleCare saying I have cover from 2018 and I don't have any receipts saying it was in my Mac mini order or that I ordered it separately. Any suggestions or should I get my card cancelled quickly?

You can check your support coverage here > Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage

You will need your serial number > Find the serial number of your Apple hardware product
