Cab you uninstall the latest version of iTunes and install a previous version?

The latest version of iTunes destroyed my music library. I do not use iCloud music or any radio subscriptions. I have spent months creating my music library with over 6000 songs but they are all gone from my iPad No cannot sync them.

Can I uninstall the latest version of iTunes and install a previous version?

You can uninstall iTunes and all of its components, then install an older version, but it won't fix any issues with your library, and you'll still have to restore a pre-upgrade version of the library as described in the link. If your device has been updated to iOS 9 then you need iTunes 12.3 or later.
