Depends. There are a few factors involved. Have you had the display or battery replaced outside of Apple before? Take it to an Apple Authorized Service provider or and Apple Store to see your options.

I didn't replace battery outside of iphone,only use iphone battery .I use this iphone 2years and 8months ,end of guarantee now.You can see my picture about this case,Can i contact for claim this iphone in Thailand?Please kindly support me for this case.Thank you.
