Q: I have updated my iPad to ios9. it says it was successfully updated, yet it won't allow me to slide yo upgrade. what should I do?

I have updated my iPad to ios9. It states that it was successfully updated but when I get to the screen that says slide to upgrade it does not allow me to slide. It seems as if it is frozen. Please help.

Many users are affected by this issue. Follow these instructions from Appl.
If the Slide to Upgrade screen won't go away after you update to iOS 9 - Apple Support

iTunes is asking me to 'respond to your ipad' to enable access - I obviously can't as it is stuck - what now???
