Can I take a photo on my iPad 4 gen without wifi

Hey Meg,Thanx a bunch for the photo answe,the colors are changing up here in the Rockies and I don't have a camera nor download capabilitie. As for the dashboard question, I used to be able to move favorite sites by tapping the site ID and my favorites bar would pop up I'd drag it down to reveal the dashboard or favorites click on and download the site app no problem. That was on the 8.5 version,when I installed the 9.0 version it doesn't work that way any more???? I used that feature a lo!! I've been reading about a lot of problems with the ISO 9 right down to tablets crashing and phones freezin? Pretty scary! Maybe it's the "Mercury Retrogage" lol. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey Bob,thanx for the response! I don't understand what you mean by bookmark a site? With the 8.5 IOS I would just tap on the site ID bar and my fav/dashboard icons would pop up, I would then drag that bar down and it would revea dashboard or favorite. I would tap on one or the other and the site icon would appear in the dashboard/favorite screen! It no longer does that since I installed IOS 9. Any help"

,Hey Bob, ya nailed that one for me! I would have never thought that! Come to think of it,I have no idea how I stumbled on the old 8.0 version lol.Someone else was asking this same question when I posted it. The graphic was killer! Hey, do you have any tricks up your sleeve to block phishing sites? Driving me nuts!I tried blocking cookies today but still receiving? Maybe takes awhile??????
