Apple Music festival inaccessible from localised version of iTunes

When the Apple Music festival started I tried to access it from my Mac mini as well as from my iPad. Both are switched to Czech language. On Mac mini the iTunes application showed page "Error occurred" and that was it. On iPad it just ended up in a black screen. I asked my colleague with an iPhone 6 Plus to check whether he can access the festival and he was able to access it and play the recorded show without problem. Although he has his phone switch to Czech language his AppStore is in English. When I fiddled with the settings on my Mac and switched iTunes to show the ITunes Store in English it started to work OK, i.e. no error and I was able to get to festival pages. When switched back in Czech then error again. This allowed me to pinpoint the problem to the fact that the localised (in Czech language) version of iTunesStore pages tries to access Apple Music festival localised pages which do not exist.
