Try now.

Sep 22, 2015 4:03 AM in response to char0enby wjosten,Try logging into iCloud.com, using your computer. See if you can locate your phone. If so, erase it. You should be able to restore it now.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to make an appointment at any Apple store.
