I can't connect to my own wifi after installing iOS 9

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

• Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
• Press and hold on the Home button
• Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

i have done all the resets and reboots but i was unable to connect to my home wifi for 24 hours.

i have always had povlems with this ipad 2 e.g. when wifi is on, bluetooth won't work Nd vice versa

it has got much worse since ios 8 and 9

can you offer a permanent solution ?

AM at the point of dumping the ipad and getting anything else.

This problem started yesterday after everything being fine and now I can join my home network on my phone and my iPad has started to play up. I have tried all the fixes except for restoring my phone and I am not going to do that. Please can there be fix very soon. I really can't keep trying to fix it every time I wake up my phone.
