Q: I can't enable iCloud Music Library on mac

I've tried to activate the iCloud Music Library on iPhone 6 with ios 8.4, 8.41 and 9.0, on Mac mini with Yosemite and on Macbook Pro with El Capitan.

 

None of them worked.

 

How can I activate it?

iPhone 6, iOS 9, & Mac mini & Macbook Pro
