Q: iphone 4s froze trying to update to ios 9

Hi I tried updating my iPhone 4s to ios 9, after some time it just had the apple logo so I tried a reset (shuffle, power on/off buttons)

All I got afterwards was the connect to iTunes images showing.  So I connected it to my computer and tried both an update and restore and couple of times but nothing happens.

Please help as I don't know what else to do.
