Q: Downloaded and installed IOS9 for my iPhone 4s and phone froze at the "slide to update" screen, so I reset it to factory settings backed up my phone, and restored it to my last update, but I'm still having the same issue

Installed IOS 9 on iPhone 4 and am unable to slide to update

restarted iphone

reset to factory settings, wiped the phone, and set it to a backup a couple of months ago

after second attempt, phone is still frozen on slide to update screen
