I no longer see the add to playlist option in the latest upgrade of iTunes 12.3 when I am looking at at a song through Apple Music. I can only add them, it seems, in ones that I have "added to my music". Why this extra step?

Right click on the song, instead of using the "dots", and you should see the Add to Playlist option there. If that doesn't work, I know that when you simply click and start to drag the song, a slideout panel should appear with your Playlists there that you can drop it into.
Not sure why it was moved/removed.
When i Right-click - nothing happens. When i try to drag - nothing happens...
