Thanks for prompt reply - Shortly after posting my query I rebooted and Lo! - my Virgin Media email launched properly - for how long, who knows! However, in case it is a recurring problem, I attach a screen grab as suggested. Clicking on the 'Sign In' button achieved nothing, after maybe 30 seconds it gave the message as shown. This happened several times after endeavouring to launch my email via Virgin Media's site, I've a feeling this is something they're up to - I shall contact them if it reappears. I Googled 'OX App Suite' and was bemused at the quantity of companies it threw up - but, really, I'm still none the wiser why the log-in screen kept appearing - as far as I know I've never requested such stuff! - I do welcome any insight you may have.
