Q: Why is Apple Wallet zoomed in on the screen??

Hi.  I recently purchased an iPhone 6 with iOS 9 installed. When I open the Apple wallet app, the sides of the screen are cut off like it is zoomed in.  I cannot find a setting to remedy.  Please help!

Just give you guys an advice. this bug seems to be coming from iPhone 5/5c/5s.   if you back up your old iPhone and bring the data over to the new one that when the bugs comes over. start the phone as a new iPhone and that bug is not there.

did it myself and it works. title annoying that i have to reinstall all the apps again. but its better to do that then having a zoomed screen.

Yep I have the same problem, I went from 5s to 6s and it's so annoying. I've tried restoring and it seems it only works if it's a new setup -__-. Truly sad to see this in a public iOS build.

I Just installed my phone and have the same issue. The wallet is zoomed in standard display setting. The wallet is fixed when the display setting is zoomed. However I am not a fan of this zoom display setting. Apple should fix this asap and reimburse me for the trouble caused. my boarding passes, Apple pay etc. Is not working ...

    This makes sense.

Just bought two iP6's and set one up from iCloud and the other as a new phone. Both accounts previously on 5s's and the phone with the zoomed in wallet was the device that was restored from the 5s backup.

I had the same issue going from 5S to 6S. I fixed it by changing the display zoom to "zoomed" then changing it back to "standard". Everything appears normal to me now in wallet.

Same problem here. Set up iPhone 6S from a backup of iPhone 5S. After a month of following this and many other discussions in Support Communities about this problem, submitting feedback, and contacting Customer Service, I took the new iPhone to the Genius Bar at my local Apple Store. The "solution" was to restore the phone and set up as a new phone. Items in the wallet now appear in the appropriate size. Of course, I had to download all my apps, rebuild all my settings including Touch ID and passcode, reconfigure my wifi and Bluetooth connections, and sync my tones. And, of course I lost a lot of information including my Activity data since June. Oh, and did I mention that I had Activity data because I have an Apple Watch paired to my phone, which also had to be restored, paired, and configured. So much for a smooth transition from one device to another. Apple, you let me down! All told, four to five hours of work to get my phone to work as expected, more to communicate the problem to the company. And from Apple... the sound of crickets.

Thank you!  This worked. But now of course all of the icons are gigantic.
