ios 9 I can no longer add items to my ios cal from my pc. Only my outlook cal items are synched

Since the upgrade to IOS9 I am no longer able to add items to my ioscalendar from my PC. The only calendar that updates on the iosdevice is the outlook calendar. Changes made to the ioscalendar are reflected in outlook as before.
