After updating ios 9,Am not able to hear the ringtone while receiving the first call from the caller.

If I understand correctly, there's an issue hearing ringtones when receiving calls on your iPhone 5s. If you haven't already, take a look at the article below and try the troubleshooting tips that it recommends.

Sounds like you have Do Not Disturb turned on. Do you see a crescent moon in the status bar by the battery indicator?
