Q: IPHONE 5s stuck after updating IOS 9

Respected Concern,

I updated IOS 9 on my iPhone 5s after updating my iPhone is stuck on slide to upgrade position .

I also restart my phone but problem is still same.

Please guide accordingly, your quick response will highly appreciated

Unfortunately, it's too late for that. You should've done a backup before the update.
