AirPrint is not finding the printer in network

How to print from my iPad when connected to my network?

Airprint is not finding the printer, iPad is connected via wifi when printer is connected via cable Ethernet.

MacBook Pro, iOS 8, iPad Mini Retina Wifi +cellular LTE
