Q: While observing the Activity Monitor, I am trying to check the Total memory usage. It shows "Memory Used:4.18 GB, and Cache: 2.79 GB"  My question is, The total memory consumed, is it 4.18 GB or (4.18 +2.79) GB? Thank you
