iPhone 5 upgrade problem

After upgrading my iPhone 5 to to iOS 9.0 when I sync music the only playlists that sync are the purchased ones. The other playlists show up on the computer and ITunes lists them on the device but they are not there

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), iphoto 9.6.1
