Apple's Keynote app will open a Power Point presentation and can present one. Some fonts and other thinks maybe different in Keynot.

There may also be some free Power Point viewers. It depends upon the version of Power Point the presentation was made and the OSX version

Does anyone know of a FREE PowerPoint viewer for MAC Book Pro?
