DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG Error
Hello!
I've been using an Airport Time Capsule as my router for several months with no issues. However, around two days ago I suddenly lost my Wi-Fi connection, and received the "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG" error in Chrome (I received a simple "You Are Not Connected to the Internet" error in Safari). I checked my DNS server, which was the Time Capsule's 10.0.1.1.
Initially, I changed over to Google's public DNS; everything worked fine. Then I checked (and am currently accessing using) Comcast's DNS (75.75.75.75 and 75.75.76.76); again, everything is fine. When I switch back over to 10.0.1.1, I receive the same error.
Has anyone had this issue with their Time Capsule before and, if so, what did you do to resolve it? I tried leaving it for a few days to see if that would make a difference, but so far it hasn't. I also tried resetting and reconfiguring my Time Capsule, but that didn't work. I have the same issue when connecting via Ethernet. The DNS switches to 10.0.1.1, and suddenly, DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG.
I have no idea what to do to fix this. I'm assuming it isn't an issue with my ISP, since their DNS servers are working just fine. My Time Capsule is version 7.7.3.
Any help would be much appreciated!
