Sep 22, 2015 11:06 AM in response to Zannefinby Demo,IF you are not using iCloud Drive, how are you trying to access your documents? You do realize that your iCloud documents are on your iOS device, don't you? Pages documents are in the Pages app, Numbers and Keynote files in those apps, Documents 5 files are in that app, and so on.

Sep 22, 2015 11:35 AM in response to Demoby Zannefin,Hi Demo
Before the upgrade my documents all appeared as I opened either Pages or Numbers - since the upgrade I get a single screen asking me to tap to create a new document. The + sign invites me to create a doc, copy from iTunes, Copy from WebDav, or simply says iCloud. when I choose iCloud it says ' to open documents from iCloud Drive to to settings ...' When I select iCloud in settings that changes nothing - it does not stay selected on Pages when I leave settings, on Numbers it does but that changes nothing either.
I just cannot find my documents anywhere, which I understand are saved on iCloud (not iCloud Drive.)

Sep 22, 2015 12:14 PM in response to Zannefinby Demo,It sounds like you have iCloud turned on for all of the apps, Pages, Keynote and Numbers. On your Mac, have you signed into iCloud.com to look for the docs? You don't need iCloud Drive for that.

Sep 22, 2015 1:07 PM in response to Demoby Zannefin,Hi Demo
I can see you have replied to me again (thank you) - but the message is not appearing here (?) - you asked me to sign into iCloud to check my Pages documents are there. When I do this I get a screen saying 'To use Pages you'll need to upgrade your account to iCloud Drive ... Important if you upgrade you will not be able to access documents in iCloud from ... your Mac (which is running 10.9.5 and I cannot upgrade without losing functionality).
So I always press not now as I need to be able to use the iCloud from both my iPad mini and my main Mac - as I did happily until I upgraded.
Thanks for your time though.

Sep 22, 2015 1:17 PM in response to Zannefinby Demo,Now I can't see your response so I am going to post and then edit.
After reading your response, I suppose that it is self explanatory. I could have sworn that you would still be able to access docements in iCloud without using iCloud Drvie, but the message you are getting states otherwise. Which iOS were you running before you uodate to iOS 9? Did you have this problem before you upgraded? I assume not.
THis seems to contradict what you are seeing.
